Our project partner Masaryk University has developed a new bioinformatics tool called EnzymeMiner in their Loschmidt Laboratories research group, in order to address time-demanding and cost-ineffective classical biochemical characterization techniques. EnzymeMiner is a web server for automated screening of diverse family members and selection of representative hits for experimental characterization of enzymes.

EnzymeMiner is a universal tool that is applicable to any enzyme family. It reduces the selection process of enzymes from days to hours while offering a user-friendly setup and handy tools for analysis.
